NASTY. Scarves to NOT belong on the head like that. Mr. Depp may be able to get away with that FOR A MOVIE..but a real lady will not be seen like that..except for a bondage issue or something. YUCK.

Those scarves are beautiful and some of the greatest Fashionista have worn them. Designer scarves from Hermes, Coach, Dior and more are worn by Hampton Socialites and It girls around the world. I am sure it wear Intuition got their idea. Melissa T. must be old or under a rock. Its not a kercheif or a bed scarf worn to hide your hair, its an accesory to a fly pair of jeans or great sundress on a casual weekend with a great pair of sunglasses. Boooooo to Melissa T. with no fashion sense or scared to try new things. Its just like wearing a silk hat and its great on windy days because they don't fly off...like a had may.

It's the Evil 1 -- Coco again. As usual the typical idiotic musings from Dukes. I am trying to understand the connections. So Dukes, you put effort into dressing down to a wedding? So it makes sense to disrespect a traditionalist wedding by appearing in mini grey t-shirt dress? Not only are you a horrible writer you are also just silly. You will look back years from now and say why did I go to my brother's wedding in a t-shirt dress and leopard pumps. What statement was I making? Like this blog, NONE! Please explain to me what is the point? Obviously this cavalier behavior is shared by the devotees of this blog. Casual clothing/style is suppose to be effortless without being tacky. The description of your wedding attire seems tacky and slutty. You "girls" put way to much thought into this stuff. Futhermore..... wearing a scarf a la pirate style and slouching jeans is impressive to you? To the whining Duke devotees you are really lame. This is a blog -- like it or not it's suppose to be "democratic" and opinionated. My opinion does not have to please you. I make no apologies for not having such a primitive idea of fashion, style and function. Maybe I should consider using a grey t-shirt or a scarf to bandage the puncture wounds.

You've got the scarf all wrong. Tanya's looks works because her scarf is a casual, ethnic print. The paisley scarves you've featured are 60's, mod, Pucci-style prints. Very Edie Sedgwick, but not the same style as Tanya's look at all. It has nothing to do with being "ladylike" (whatever that means) It's just not the same vibe.

Wow Coco. Sounds like you want to start you're own blog. Not like I would read it though. You sound too angry. Oh.

Angry?...probably considering that someone (Dukes) is paid to write callous commentary about casual "outfitting". It appears that there is more a herd mentality on this blog then I ever expected. It's really not that serious but I guess everyone wants to "fit" in. You should thank me for shaking it up a bit.

Shaking things up with negativity rather than a diverse, opposite opinion hardly warrants an accolade of any kind. Insults are low grade opinions. Both aren't worth much. Yes, thank you for reminding me that I'm better than that.

Negativity? Angry? I don't think applauding yourself for "wearing a gray T-shirt dress to my first-born bro's wedding...hem hovered at heavenly heights—my crotch." deserves an accolade. The only thing negative is your inability to deal with someone being critical. And what exactly would be an opposite opinion? I find it insulting that our media outlets reward and find a way to monetize the aforementioned thinking about fashion. Being understated at a wedding is one thing, but possessing the "middle-childish desire to ruin his ultra-conservative wedding photos." via silly wardrobe choice does not deserve to go unscrutinized. Furthermore, these statements do not conjure up humor and charm it suggest immature and reckless.....all this to draw some correlation to casual/street styling....head scraf....what....maybe it would have been a more interesting read if it was about re-purposing a dress and fashioning it into head scarf.

Whoa! So this is what has been going on in my six-week absence! I don't know, I kind of like a scarf. My hair is way too straight to tie one over Axl Rose style (how do you spell his name?) because it would just slip off and make me look silly... and who could be mad at KD with such imaginative language? Not many people can tell a whole story through two or three sentences. I love it and I also love you, Coco, for bringing some controversy to this community. An iced latte or six on me, anyone?
